Who doesn't want to look younger and more vibrant? Exactly! We all want to look and feel our best, all of the time. And when it comes to our skin, there are some effective measures that we put into motion that will allow for us to enjoy skin firmness, suppleness and elasticity. By simply adhering to a few steps in a daily routine, you too can assure that your skin looks and feels its best, and stays that way as you grow older.
Protect Your Skin
Your skin is the most sensitive and exposed part of your body. The sun and the weather are key elements to causing your skin to age. The more exposed to the elements that your skin becomes, the faster that it will age. The easiest way to protect your skin from the elements is by making sure that you always use a potent sunscreen everyday, and that you are mindful of severe elements like cold weather, which can really dry out your skin in a hurry.
Cleanse Daily
You want to make sure that you cleanse your skin at least once per day, preferably two times per day; in the morning and at night. Use an exfoliating face wash that is void of laurel sulfate, which can dry out your skin and contribute to aging. Then moisturize your skin before applying any makeup or foundation. Finally, apply a potent sunscreen before you head out to work in the morning.
Use the Best Anti-wrinkle Creams
To minimize the appearances of fine lines and wrinkles on your skin, you should use the best anti-wrinkle creams. Advances in cosmetics technology with innovative new anti-wrinkle cream. Wrinkle cream today more efficient use of clinically proven and patented ingredients very often, and most importantly they work.

Mystery isn't a common thread in most fantasy novels, but in Bloodline: Alliance, author, LR Saul manages to weave a tapestry that's sure to satisfy the most discerning readers of both fantasy and mystery fiction. Bloodline: Alliance is the first of two books in the series. Its sequel, Bloodline: Covenant, will soon be available.
Bloodline: Alliance is a fantasy novel that delivers a message of injustice and how it can virtually destroy people - or an entire world. In our own world, we know that injustice exists and every word or description we hear conjures up an image -- whether good or bad. But in fantasy, words can be used that have no meaning to us.
For example, Saul creates a race of people in her book called "Korzekans." The image you create in your mind of these people is totally created by Saul in her use of words and development of characters. She develops the race and you come to your own conclusions. That's difficult to do in the real world, where our images and ideas of race are built from several different factors such as environment, media and life's experiences.
Saul's latest book catapults fantasy into a serious genre that delivers an important and powerful message. If you've never read fantasy and have made a judgment that keeps you from reading it, you should give Bloodline: Alliance a chance. The combination of mystery and situations that make you feel and question your beliefs is a powerful force that will make you want to read more.
Through the medium of fantasy, Saul sends a message that can be used in real life to help us discern if what we're thinking is based on unrealistic judgments or what our eyes and ears are telling us. Bloodline: Alliance entertains as much as it teaches, taking us on a magic carpet ride into a world we've never visited or experienced - and, unlike most fantasy novels, also gives us the unexpected, the mystery and the unrevealed.
Bloodline: Alliance will leave readers breathless with more twists and turns than "The Da Vinci Code," and the characters will live on in their minds long after the last page is turned. Readers of Saul's books should use her themes as metaphors in their own lives and the challenges we face on an every-day basis.
Saul's newest book, Bloodline: Alliance, may be a fantasy novel, but it doesn't merely whisk you away to an "unreal" world and leave you there to escape. Saul's first book in her two book series gets in the readers' heads and make them feel what the characters are feeling. They come to life and live in the readers' minds as most fantasy novels don't even attempt to accomplish.

For the millions of women who suffer from thinning skin around the eyes on their face, they are well aware that those nasty dark under eye circles are directly related. As we age, the skin around our eyes-some of the thinnest skin on our body-can actually grow thinner because of poor drainage. When there is not effective drainage in this area, blood can surround the area, which is shown through the skin as raccoon eyes, or dark eye circles. It is a common problem for many women, and it does not tend to get better as we grow older. Rather, without the proper care, it can actually become worse as our skin deteriorates as we age and can become thinner and more volatile.
Much recent advancement in the realm of skin care, and more notably, eye creams, have yielded fantastic results that allow us to eradicate these annoying dark eye circles, or puffy eyes, caused by poor drainage and malnourished skin in the areas. When choosing an eye cream that can effectively eliminate these problems, most women will sift through an array of products that all make their own set of claims. But to make sure that you are getting the best value for your dollar, you always want to make sure that any eye cream that you choose has clinically proven ingredients, and indeed will provide ample explanation as to why those chosen ingredients do work.
Many women are finding much success with the eye creams. This is because the newer eye creams use a proprietary blend of clinically proven ingredients that deliver the proper amounts of moisture to the targeted areas, as well as using ingredients like Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, which increases the production of collagen and the growth of the connective tissues, in combination with anti anti-inflammatory and facial relaxing ingredients like Arnica, and Synake.
In the best eye creams that you can find, they deliver these special formulas using Hyaluronic Acid as a base (a very potent moisturizer.) And of course, what eye cream would be complete with a dose of Vitamin K, a proven shade lightener in the orbital areas. And all of these ingredients may sound nice and cozy, but it is the results that truly matter. During the clinical studies some of the best eye creams showed immediate results and was proven to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, puffy eyes and dark eye circles drastically during the first several weeks of usage. Effectively allowing women to wave goodbye-without going broke in the process-to dark under eye circles and puffy eyes.

Out of all the genres of books that have been written, science fiction seems to be one that is a class apart. The feeling towards the genre is either one of fanatic following or extreme hatred. Those who have a natural penchant for unearthly objects and unsolved mysteries tend to get addicted at a relatively young age, which could be as young as 7 to 8 years. To appease the curiosity and desire to read more of such books, there are science fiction clubs that are formed where infatuated kids or teens exchange books and videos of their favorite science fiction books and movies.
One of the first science fiction books that one can remember today are "The Time Machine" and "Journey to the Center of the Earth," by H. G. Wells. Today these favorites have been replaced with modern classical space operas like Robert A. Heinlein's "Citizen of the Galaxy and Orson Scott Card's "Ender's Game." This kind of science fiction has a certain epic scope to the story. They contain galaxies fighting each other for power, phenomenal depictions of aliens, a twisted concept of time and many more.
Other than the space opera's there are also those that base the stories on speculative fiction. They review current society and try to excogitate what the society will be like a hundred years from now by crystal ball gazing.
Given the growing popularity of these books every year sees a slew of new series and collections. If you are mesmerized by the concept of science fiction but have never tried reading one, then start with a small book. Skim through it before purchasing to determine whether it has a writing style that you like. The ones that are easy to read will prove to be more interesting since you are not likely to get too caught up with jargon that is incomprehensible.
If science books interest you then fantasy may be another genre that you might want to try since both these genres have a similarity between them. If has been seen that if one genre invokes you, the other will too. One major difference is that fantasy books tend to be set in the medieval times and often deal with magicians and sorcerers while science books tend to more about technology, gizmos, aliens and are set in a futuristic time zone.

Randy Noble brings science fiction novelty into an epic mystery of evil alien encounters in his book, "Surviving The Theseus."
SOAD, an acronym for Search Out and Destroy, trains and equips officers licensed to kill as they police the distant future corridors of space, keeping law and order among travelers in various space vessels. Regina Valensky, a SOAD officer, is taking a vacation aboard a luxury space cruise ship called Pyramid One when she gets duped, drugged and drawn into a mystery of death beyond ordinary comprehension. She investigates a perplexing occurrence where the entire crew of a spaceship in route to an inhabitable moon sized planet simply disappeared, leaving only their clothing behind on the ship's decks -- as if they stripped and vanished. What has caused such odd forensic evidence? How can this have happened to the entire crew, gone without a trace? With her own crew of a dozen skilled pilots and professionals, Regina embarked on a SOAD ship designed with an invisible cloaking shield to unravel the facts of the strange occurrence, or likely die trying.
Granted any sci-fi enthusiast by now is familiar with scores of storyline scenarios involving space travel among distant moons and planets. However, just when you think you've seen everything technology can manifest, Randy Noble comes up with some clever "inventions." So clever that perhaps he should seek a patent for some of them!
For example, two technologies Gene Roddenberry brought to all of us, which were great for plot elements but contrary to Albert Einstein's theories are warp drive and teleporting (beaming). Randy Noble skillfully steers clear on going beyond ordinary physics by having his spacecraft travel fast but not faster than light. In this novel, the ships also need to stay within corridors of a matrix, or lanes in space designated by cleverly designed markers, "floating matchstick" type of devices. Only SOAD ships can take "shortcuts" through the grid of interplanetary travel. Other spacecraft attempting to go beyond the designated areas allowed for travel by the markers result in their engines becoming instantly inoperative, their vessels stranded, and forced to wait for law enforcement to come by to pick them up for prosecution.
Another technology I found fascinating was the "Magnetic tube" used to transport people from a ship in space to a planet's surface. Described by Randy Noble as a beam of energy, a tube is approximately like an elongated hula-hoop, extending from the ship to a precise distance of about 4 feet above the surface of the ground below. The magnetic tube extends from the ship with two cascading energy fields - the outer one moving in an opposite direction to the inner one. A person would enter the tube and like an elevator be carried to a portal to the end for exiting at a safe point onto the surface of the planet, or moon below. The two fields of energy would then reverse to provide a lift back to the ship. Although a bit challenging of a ride, it made for some compelling theoretical physics thinking, in my amateur scientific reasoning, about the possibilities of novel ways humans may solve problems which as yet do not exist.
Technology aside, "Surviving The Theseus" develops suspense while Regina's colleagues are picked off, one by one, by an alien force that only can be seen at times as an orange glow of light, not taking a form necessary to target and destroy. An alien killer without hesitation, the force is overwhelming all which come within its proximity; without even a chance of defending one's self. As the crew battles this epically evil enemy, the character development becomes such that you get to know them as down-to-earth-space-travelers. Each of them are written with many classical literary techniques, making this an engaging page-turner set in a futuristic fantasy world of credible scientific gadgetry; a truly classic sci-fi.
Although laced with some "R" rated words, the book would still be recommend for young adult reading, but not for children. As sci-fi fans of all ages can't get enough of new technology, Randy Noble certainly brings some original devices to mind, making reading this a must for those seeking a trip off earth and an engaging battle in the vacuum of space. An action packed encounter with what is defined in Greek mythology as a slayer; "Surviving The Theseus" will linger in your Idea

"Acacia: The War with the Mein" by David Anthony Durham blew me away! It delivers everything readers want in a great fantasy - intrigue, betrayal, great battles and romance. The mythic world is fascinating, with detailed politics, religion and characters diverse in race. Don't expect dungeons and dragons, there's only a small amount of magic and sorcery. Durham is a historical novelist and a master storyteller who's re-invented the epic.

The Japanese sword or the Katana has always been a favorite weapon of many characters in the world of anime and manga. The sword has indeed been a preferred weapon of choice for many fictional manga characters because first and foremost you can use it without fear of ever running out on ammunition. You can swing the sword anyway you want it, and you can still strike your enemies.
Although fictional Japanese male characters traditionally carry the sword as their main offensive weapon, there are also well-known fictional female characters who wield the swords as their choice of weapon. If you can only recall a few females worth remembering, here are some more interesting characters who wield a sword when they are fighting.
• Saya Otonashi (Blood+)
Saya is a Chiropteran, a type of mysterious creature found in Iceland with bat-like characteristics and lives on a diet of human blood and normal food. She was born in the 1800s from a Chiropteran mummy. Her lifelong goal was to defeat her twin sister, Diva who had changed her life course after she freed her from her prison. She uses a special katana designed specifically for her with an edge where she can slice her thumb so that blood can be draw forth. Grooves in the sword will spread her blood through the entire blade. Her blood is a potent weapon against Diva and the other chiropteran creatures created from their unique DNA.
• Saber (Fate/ Stay Night)
Saber is Shiro Emiya's servant, a spiritual familiar known as an Epic Spirit. She is legendarily known as "Most Outstanding" due to her class being the elite among the Epic Spirits. She wields Excalibur (the sword of Promised Victory), a very powerful celestial blade named after the legendary sword of King Arthur. It was forged by the collection of wishes from mankind and fueled by converting Mana into photoelectric energy.
• Sakura Shinguji (Sakura Wars)
Sakura was the daughter of Kazuma Shinguji, the hero of the last demon war. As the only heir to the spiritual power of the Shinguji family, she is the only one who can wield the family's ancient heirloom: the tachi blade called Arataka. During her first few days at the Flower Division, she was the weakest link. Her blade helps her concentrate her spiritual energy she needed to defeat the demons descending upon Tokyo.
• Clare (Claymore)
Clare is the lowest ranking Claymore member. She was saved by her mentor Teresa from a yoma. When her mentor died, she demanded the organization to inject her with Teresa' s flesh and blood so she could join them and extract her revenge on the person responsible for killing Teresa. Clare uses a two-handed cross hilt claymore, typically used by the Highlanders of Scotland.
• Rukia Kuchiki
Rukia is a Soul Reaper, who accidentally transferred all her Soul Reaper powers to Ichigo Kurosaki, a high school teenager with unusually strong spiritual power. Rukia's sword, typically called a zanpakuto is the main choice of weaponry for all Soul Reapers. All Soul Reaper swords are unique, hence, her sword is one of a kind and Is named Sode no Shirayuki (sleeved white snow). The command is of its release state is "dance". It is said that her sword is the most beautiful of all zanpakutos in all of Soul Society. Her blade's power is under the govern of ice and snow.
There are still a lot of female-wielding characters from Japanese manga. But female characters are my first choice. Many of them carry knives to suit the unique needs and capabilities of them. Some people even have special names for their weapons actually complete identity of their weapons.
